No gym. ROOM: Clean, spacious and with a mini fridge and coffee maker. Easy self parking at the rear of the building STAFF: They were nice. The room we had on the back of the building facing Harbour drive was a little noisy as I think the insulation and windows may lack sound proofing.”

“It was private, quaint and great location. Easy walk to city life but uphill after that lol ! Quick drive Quidi Vidi and Torbay coves ! We had our own back yard and our 5 year old and wife loved it.. you don’t see much from the back yard but it’s nice! ”
